Our main focus is on developing, making and supplying products that are Made in United Kingdom. Therefore the products that were made in Britain will be clearly marked by “Made in Britain” logo as well as in the product addition info.
The products which are imported (i.e. not made in Britain) but stocked and dispatched from the UK do not show the “Made in Britain” logo.
The effective working life of PM2.5 filters depends on a number of factors, such as; the breathing rate of the user; ambient levels of pollution; the length of time the filter is actively working; hygiene levels. Taking these factors into account we recommend that the filter should be replaced every month or every 69 hours, whichever is sooner.
You can reply with changes to the order confirmation email that you receive after placing the order.
We offer from fastest Next business day delivery to Royal Mail First Class post which is cheaper and takes 2-3 working days to arrive (UK).

Please contact us immediately to change the shipping address. If you do not by the time we dispatch the order we will not be able to arrange another delivery.
Unfortunately we can not offer same day delivery, however we can arrange Next Day delivery if you place the order before 1pm. You can choose next day delivery option when you checkout or contact us to amend the order.
When you place the order via our website you have the option to pay by card or bank transfers.
Card payments are much more convenient and it’ll help us to dispatch the items faster.
Bank Transfer payments will delay the dispatch process. If you choose to pay via bank transfers please let us know as soon as you do so we can arrange the delivery right away.
